Yes, we are a registered charitable organization, which means that we can maximize your investment in the fight against climate change.  We operate as a charitable/social enterprise and believe in our mission and in transparency.  This gives us greater flexibility and greater impact.

We rely on investments from you and from other partners to accomplish our mission, and are grateful for your time, efforts, and support.  

We are committed to publicly publishing our financial information, our revenues, our support of projects, the environmental and social impact of the projects we support, and the minutes of our board meetings. Our goal of keeping our overhead expenses at less than 15% is in line with the practices of leading charitable organizations.
